Appointments.
Referring to NT Neurophysiology.
Referrals are able to be made directly by:
Emailing tiffany@ntneurophysiology.com;
By filling in a referral form and emailing or faxing to tiffany@ntneurophysiology.com / 08 8918 8184;
By calling 0484 958 193 to discuss your referral and scheduling an appointment;
Upon receipt of a referral, we will call the patient to book in the appointment;
Patients with a completed referral are also able to call to schedule an appointment directly, and forward the referral prior to attending the appointment.
How to prepare.
Please provide a copy of your referral when booking your appointment with NT Neurophysiology;
Please refrain from using moisturising lotions the morning of your appointment;
Ensure you wear clothing that will allow access to your arms to above the elbow, and legs to above the knee;
There are no other requirements for preparation for the test;
Please allow 60 to 90 minutes for your appointment, or up to 120 minutes for more complex cases.
